A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jeff attended Lees-McRae Junior College and the University of Georgia before graduating from Mars Hill College in North Carolina, where he was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Jeff’s athleticism led him to a brief professional football career, being drafted by the Washington Redskins (NFL) and later playing for the Jacksonville Sharks (WFL). Before embarking on his real estate career, Jeff served as a high school and college football coach and was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Peach Bowl Football Game (now the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl) in Atlanta.

Jeff’s dedication to service extends beyond real estate. He is a proud member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. A licensed real estate broker in multiple states, Jeff is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at Urban Land Institute conferences on the topic, “Using Conservation as the Community’s Primary Amenity.”
